  浴室乾湿分离很大很好洗澡！而且浴缸泡澡也很舒服乾净，不会喷的到处都是，吹风机风力也很大，很适合长头发的女生！

  Very good manager and service. All staff speak English very well. Loved the free popcorn. Washing facilities are easy to use. The rooms are spacious for Japan. Enjoyed my stay.

  I had a good experience at this hotel. The room isn’t very spacious but cozy enough for two people. Breakfast was decent, though it leans more toward Western-style dishes.

  The room I had was roomy and definitely had loads of space for Kyoto and the last-minute pricing. It was pretty central, though a little farther from metro stations if you have lots of luggage (I didn’t, and with farther I mean 10-15min walk so not huge). It’s on a pretty quiet street. Loved the sheets, and even the dressing gown was of proper cotton too—which is super rare. The little couch was comfy, the tea of high quality and I loved the kettle. Generally it was high-quality all round and I’d love to stay again. The automated check-in was a little strange but easy. I was still happy that there was some friendly staff to greet me and talk me through the process. Faceless service feels more like an apartment/Airbnb style, and I’d recommend the hotel to keep investing in staff so it feels nicer and more upmarket.
