环湖环境优美，但是正在建设中的感觉，尤其是冬季对北方来说有些萧条，周边吃的单调，山庄的菜还是很不错的

订的豪华大床，但是房间空间很小，而且没有湖景房。洗澡调到全热水，至少放10分钟水才温。

总体感觉一般，入住当晚服务挺热情，次日退房前台叫一个女经理帮忙开发票，自己需要去查房，经理出来直接目无客人的冷漠表情，告诉她开专票眼皮都没抬一下。发票没打一半，突然换个笑脸问我公司有没有会议可以到她们这里来。我也是醉了，保持你的冷漠表情就行了……。前台说了一遍开专票，我还强调了一遍，还差点开成普票……，早餐十分简单，餐厅人员自顾聊天，懒得看客人一眼。入住当天Wifi不能用，没人提前温馨提示。总体感觉：真是浪费了硬件，不会再住第二次。
