去雪野体验的酒店，由于天气较冷了，整个酒店及周边没有什么人，冷冷清清的。
酒店缺乏娱乐设施；
环境好，度假村里很安静，也干净。
早餐真的很差了。

真的非常好，去雪野最喜欢住的酒店。环境好，度假村里很安静，也干净。餐厅干净方便，服务人员热情，基地自己种的蔬菜卫生新鲜。紧邻别墅区，在小山头上走走真是非常舒服，走到一半雪野湖就尽收眼底了，真的很好，适合全家休闲放松。只要去雪野都是住这里，以后也会。

酒店内部环境和周围环境虽然不错，但酒店前台服务不是很人性化、带了宝宝去的，给前台说宝宝中午容易睡觉、可不可以免费稍延长一下退房时间。前台直接就说不可以，还说这样耽误其它客人的订房需求。当时定的太仓促也没咨询好、不然一定不会定这里。
