酒店功能齐全，房间很舒适，离高速出入口很近。可是这样品牌的五星酒店，有点事叫人很不舒服，客房咖啡不给放，更不可理解的是一次性拖鞋居然是用过的！找服务员换一次还是用过的，这点着实恶心透顶！

很不错的一次亲子度假，虽然没订上儿童主题房，但高级客房的质量也很好，空间大，有好几面镜子，孩子玩得很开心。天气冷，室外游乐园没法儿玩，室内有专门的儿童玩乐设施，还有专门的儿童活动，画脸谱，写对联什么的，但我们孩子太小，不会玩，但顶层的儿童游泳池很赞，免费游，孩子玩得很开心，水很干净，一直在换水，服务也很到位。酒店旁边有好几家吃饭的地方，还有万达影城，设施都很新很到位，玩得很开心。我们是先去了北京野生动物园再来的这里，路程很方便，而且一点都不累，休息得很好。

非常不错，离野生动物园最近的一家五星级酒店，房间很大，也很干净，旁边有不少吃饭的地方，有个大超市，还有万达影城，很方便。孩子玩的儿童乐园有室内的也有室外的，还有儿童泳池，水很干净，一直在换水
