总体不满意！第一，在酒店餐厅买蛋糕，不让挂房卡帐，说他就一个比较忙，只让我付现金，五星级酒店居然这样太奇葩！你一个人是我造成的吗？不理解！当时压住火气，谁让孩子非要买呢！第二，早上六点多，服务员打开我房间门，我们还在睡觉，还好我们睡觉轻，听到听到动静，奇葩理由是问我们不是退房吗？😡好吧，继续睡吧，七点多，我们还在睡觉，又一个服务员敲门，问我们是退房吗？心里千万个草泥马，好好一个周日度假睡懒觉就这么给毁了！这是一个五星级的喜来登酒店应有的服务水平吗？同一个错误犯两次，我也佩服的五体投地，最后结账走人，忍了吧，谁让人家大品牌，也不差我这一个顾客，真不知道这大品牌是怎么培训的，我觉得还不如快捷酒店的员工呢！还有厕所地面明显破损，也不说修理一下，哎😣
