晚上八九点一直有人在敲隔壁的门，好像是酒店工作人员。房间隔音很差，能听到隔壁的电视声。到了凌晨两三点又有不知道是谁把我吵醒，吵了半个小时，感觉很混乱，像醉汉，在房间里甚至不敢出声

酒店前台服务人员态度不错，还给赠送了早餐，整体感受很安静舒服，酒店灯光也是暖色，营造出一种很舒服的氛围，酒店坐落在小区门口，周边有兰州城市学院，西北师范大学，交通很便利，酒店非常安静，很适合亲子出行或者长者团体。

??感觉房间从来没有被打扫过?? ??衞生：衞生极差，随处可见的头发和褐色不明污渍，床单上还有黑色手印? ??设施：厕所有尿味，地上有尿渍，马桶很脏，还有好多头发在地上? ??环境：隔音极差，半夜我还以为有人敲门，原来只是楼上在跺脚，吓得我一个机灵，从床上跳起来，一晚上都没合眼隔音差到隔壁讲悄悄话，你都能听到鼻息声?

酒店停车方便，乾净衞生，早餐吃饱没问题，餐具清洁，有锦江之星的风采，前台服务态度友好，打扫衞生的张女士必须点赞??，为颈椎不舒服的我找了荞麦皮枕头。总体感觉非常好，这麽多年了，锦江之星还是值得信赖的。
