前台服务特别好，房间的面积相比於其他兰州大部分酒店还是挺大的，提供免费停车，非常的不错，对於自驾出行特别的方便。

房间超乾净无异味，设施齐全，周围吃饭的地方也很多。前台娜娜姐姐温柔又贴心，临走还送了伴手礼，体验感满分，推荐来！

超级差评，
第一 房间暖气热到根本睡不着，满头大汗，房间温度33度，
第二半夜找前台问有没有什麽办法可以解决，前台只会一句抱歉，没有任何想处理问题意思。

来兰州住了这个酒店环境不错 提前预订的附加要求酒店都有满足 酒店会给我们送外卖 安全也安心 前台唐唐和娜娜的服务态度很好 还送了伴手礼 很棒 酒店的早餐也很好吃 中西结合还有牛肉麪不错的
