这真的是希尔顿吗？真的不是一个快捷酒店吗？五星收费快捷配置，客房服务人员态度超差，电视无法播放，服务员来了后直接白眼一翻说他们也没办法，网络问题，找她也没用，直接走了，里间的空调也是坏的，而且声音超级大，卫生更别提了，根本没法细看，镜子里外全是花的，马桶脏，桌面都是糖渍，壶更不敢用，管理混乱，外卖人员可以随便进出上下楼，亲子家庭套房就是两间客房中间墙开了一门，奇葩的是里外要分别插电卡才能用电。没有夜床服务。门口停车位车全满，问还有哪可以停车，给支到后面一个破院子里😓，人员直接不专业，特别是客房服务及安保。

房间超小，卫生间超小，并且是敞开式的，淋浴间无法放衣服，我不知道这样的设计是不是洗完澡都得光着身子出来穿衣服，跟价格不符，前台服务倒是不错。

酒店设施好，前台服务更好，很难预约。感谢前台小史帮忙升级了个双床房，还在离店的时候给孩子送了点心，住店体验非常满意。
