整体印象非常好，高级房升级了河景房，因为其中一间有点小问题，酒店在无要求的情况下又将河景房升级为套房，还送了小礼物，可谓把客人感受看的非常重，河景房沙发本身是个小床，带娃的直接就是家庭房，停车方便且免费，早餐符合希尔顿的品质

酒店位置不错，房间也舒适，去甘南路上临时入住一晚，但是入住体验很棒。工作人员服务也很热情，特别是前台办理入住的小赵和小希值得表扬。下次去兰州还会选择这家酒店。

酒店设施齐全，主要是服务人员特别热情，前台叫小婷的服务人员我们入住后还一个劲的问我们有什么需要和不满意的地方随时联系她，有个叫小白的小伙子帮我们去厨房拿刀为我们切我们在大环线瓜州路上买的瓜，总的来说这家酒店的服务人员让我们有种宾至如归的感觉谢谢他们！
