第一次来兰州。为了给家人美好的体验，我们预定了希尔顿欢朋酒店。酒店房间设施一流，床非常舒适。浴室有窗，明卫的感觉非常好。早餐品种非常丰富，中西结合，开启美满一天。前台小娟，小白，小史服务热情，留下了深刻印象。

房间总体环境不错，服务热情，但空调温度无法调节，晚上睡觉太热，小孩晚上打被子，差点感冒了，希望可以改进。

服务真的还是非常不错的，工作人员都十分客气和友好，就是入住那天是十一，第二天早上早餐有点人多，酒店安排可能有些问题，一下有些失控，各种吃的瞬间都没了，来不及补给！酒店的洗漱用品挺不错的，大床房里的一张沙发可以变成一张单人床，对于一家三口再好不过了！就是酒店没有冷空调，那几天真的好热好热，明明室外不热，但房间却十分燥热！酒店可以免费停车！楼下有便利店，早餐也有兰州拉面，就是作为希尔顿旗下的酒店为啥没有现磨咖啡呢，早餐都是速溶咖啡！
