宣传中的拨号上网都没有，差点耽误事情。<br />
貌似是三星，可是相关服务没有一个可以兑现的，除了房费没有一样可以刷卡，一问就是我们餐厅和住店不是一个老板。<br />

具体火车站太近，打车到是方便，就是房间隔音做的一般。<br />
浴室用具很旧，都没刷干净。<br />

早晨不到6点就去前台办理离店手续了，就我一个人前后居然用了超过15分钟，好像是打印机出了故障，差点耽误去机场的时间。

个人认为此酒店非常让人失望。从零三年就开始在此酒店住，感觉开始还可以，后来越来越失望。简直失望透顶。这次住宿，设施已经非常陈旧了，服务一塌糊涂，前台退房的时候告诉我，寄存行李收费？三星宾馆啊！！！哪有这个道理，此话居然出自他们大堂经理之口！服务员一色的冷屁股脸。一楼大堂的卫生间弥漫这一种莫名的臭味，反映给前台，呵呵，不理！西北啊！你什么时候能发展起来！

感觉在西北这样的酒店有点贵，会员价艘要这么高，那么还有谁能住的起？希望贵酒店在价位上做适当的调整

听朋友说过在西北没有好宾馆，没有想到比现象中的还要差，前两天住在这个宾馆，后来实在受不了了，搬到盘旋路跟前的金城宾馆，虽然贵了20块钱，但感觉就是不一样，听说是甘肃省首家三星级宾馆，虽然只是一晚，不过我还是觉得很好，望继续努力提高!

还可以，高层房间比较安静，在西北不能要求太高，这个还算满意。前台小姐态度还不错。
