我住的是13层单号房间，很安静，也没有听到所说的什么报站声。出租车进出有个专用通道，进去的时候很方便，但出去时通常没有出租等侯，要走到大街上。总体来说还行。

我在这里住了2晚上。酒店位置在火车站出口旁边，双号房间面向铁轨，水平间距大概20米左右吧。单号房间面向广场。可惜玻璃窗隔音效果一般，我要的单号房间，但是还能听到广场上广播多少次进站的声音。市内电话要收费，另外结账的时候要额外收2元一天的甘肃省教育附加费，这个比较特别。<br />

酒店其它条件不错，房间也比较宽敞，就是自助早餐有点简单。火车站周围还比较有秩序，可能因为兰州火车站人流量不大。酒店出门有一个金鼎牛肉面，还不错。

酒店的硬件设施很好，但是酒店员工的业务水平和素质不是很好，门童不及时开门，经长没有人，前台接待很少带微笑服务，英语水平不是很高。但是总体看来还好，须有待与改善，首先环境不错，一般住宿的客人要住单号房间，应为这里不是很吵，

只要选不朝轨道,较高楼层得房间,就还算比较安静.:<br />
员工还不够专业有一次退房查房用了15分钟!!!,态度还可以.<br />
因在火车站里面,但好多的士司机不知道可以将车开到里面去.所以....<br />
交通很好,离火车站,民航售票处,汽车总站都很近.<br />
