这是第三次入住文华酒店。是最不满意的一次。订了一个普通的房间，要给升级为高级大床房。本来满心欢喜。后来发现升级的是一个楼栋把角的房间。里面的浴室里有堵厚厚的墙。走过来需要很长时间。所有的洗漱用品也就是普通用品。可过去没有任何区别。区别就是房间的透亮性越来越差。外面的街景也不怎么好。房间因为有了一堵墙，还是显得有点小.感觉也非常不好。 小小的建议就是:如果不能给客户提供更好的体验。那还是维持原有的服务比较好。

酒店紧挨万达广场，购物十分方便，办理入住服务态度很好，房间内部设施比较齐全，干净整洁。
但是，USB充电插口纯属摆设，不能充电，咨询前台被告知充电器已全部借出，态度有点不耐烦。
房间太热，太干燥，加湿器开着也很干燥，睡的嗓子难受。
夜间有长时间的吵嚷声（像是打架摔东西），几乎整夜失眠。感觉糟糕极了。
