服务非常专业，尤其是在房间里还备有三炮台。非常有地方特色。大堂的壁画，丝绸之路也非常大气磅礴。房间各种设施都不错。在兰州住过旗下酒店，但是还是感觉这家酒店的性价比最好。服务员也非常热情，知道我喜欢喝茶后送了我两包三泡台。还有房间配的英式早茶也非常惊艳。和酒店整体奢华的品牌相适应。感觉非常舒服物有所值。周边环境也不错，万达可以看电影和美食，交通也非常方便。三个小小的建议。
建议一。吧台备的餐巾纸质量有待提升。餐巾纸应该用更厚一点的，和酒店的整体风格相匹配。房间配装的水，居然是康师傅这种廉价的水！与酒店整体风格不相匹配。是否可以考虑采用别的品牌的矿泉水？而不是矿物质水。
建议二。目前配的牙刷太硬。是否可以考虑用质量稍微高一点的，而且鼓励旅客带回家的那种。有利于环保。
建议三。所住房间的花洒有点漏水。是否可以考虑维修一下？
房间的暖气还有各方面设施都比较好。但是声音稍微有点大。这个当然是系统性问题，绝非一天可以解决。还有就是剃须刀的质量，是否可以稍微做一些改进？
所住房间浴缸的底部有稍微小小的瑕疵。像是一个什么东西粘在上面？这个需要一些工作人员日常维护。因为非常感谢工作人员赠送我很多好喝的。
