前台服务特别不好，入住发现电视坏了，让她们来看，看完说只有一个服务生在，修不好，你用手机看电视吧，我也没办法。这是前台解决问题的方式？？？？我让她视频请师傅找原因，又跟我说师傅下班了，十一点多都睡了。酒店养你们这堆人都是吃饭睡觉的吗？活儿不好好干！反复跟我说反正我也没办法，你就用手机看吧。差评差评差评

酒店的位置很好，就在布达拉宫后面，去大昭寺也很近，有地下停车场，停车方便。我们定的是普通房间，因为房间不够了，前台主动帮我们升级成套房
