我们家人在这酒店住了几天，我妈妈行动不便，爸爸照看妈妈一天，可能当天回来办理续房手续晚了点，前台下午值班的有个内地姑娘，就用特别恶劣的态度对待我爸妈，又不是不给钱，这素质真的是不敢恭维，服务态度恶劣，希望您能多向本地姑娘学习，大堂保安的素质都比你好，知道帮助别人！当然，我不是造谣，可以核实情况，换个角度思考一下你出门旅行总归不希望别人用这种态度对你吧！有这样的前台在，就算酒店设施再好我们也不会去花钱受气的！（还有姑娘人在做天在看，不要歧视欺负老人和残疾人。）
