店大欺客，昨晚房间空调不行，晚上7点叫了工程部的人来修。结果没修好也不说，我插电卡把空调开最大风出去，晚上11点多回房间闷得要死，打客房电话后又叫来工程部的人之后就不管了，修到修到快1点钟才稍有些冷风。这是花近2000元住瑞吉。

没有最差，只有更差！前台服务超级差！！！入住办理三个小时，退房居然一个多小时。开个发票半小时，居然开错了！乱入帐！着急赶飞机，催前台快一点，几个人都没人理我！金钥匙形同虚设！总之超级差！太差了！
