环境其实不错、但是服务基本上等于没有等于没有等于没有！建议第一天来拉萨的朋友不要选择入住这里、因为酒店门口到大堂的坡足够让你气喘吁吁容易高反！没有电瓶车接送、说是坏了呵呵呵呵呵呵....应该是住过的性价比最低的五星级酒店

房间和卫生间很大，但房间的灯光如鬼火，看不清要看的东西，为了看文字图书，只得在浴缸边上伏着看，这是整个房间中唯一灯光亮一点的区域，实在可笑之极的设计！

酒店很好，无论是前台还是客房清洁人员，还给免费升级了，就是没有洗手液，其次管家服务不能保证每次拨打都有人接听，望改善。
