房间条件一流，玻璃屋顶令人震撼，客房里有供氧设备。一切都不错，就是中餐厅服务特差，点菜后等了一个多小时才上了一个菜，其余的菜居然端到别的桌吃掉了。投诉加发怒，才有经理出来处理，唉，简直糟蹋了洲际酒店的品牌。中餐厅需要立即整改。
