酒店硬件很好的，服务态度也不错，但交接班管理混乱，容易给客人带来不便，做为五星级酒店房间的坐便排水极为不畅，反应后处理也不是很及时！

酒店的设施很棒，定位高。入住体验很好。不过酒店位于拉萨城东，入住前安排好交通为佳。相比香格li拉大酒店，推荐这里。
