酒店客房的服务很好，每天都有热牛奶和红景天喝，帮助缓解高原反应，虽然我和老公都没能顶住高反，提前返程还是很感谢酒店的热情接待，谢谢仓决服务员的热情服务

超越预期的好，硬件在三星到四星很棒了，设施新，好的服务都在细节，更超越预期的是一进门就有服务员卓嘎的笑脸迎接，特别纯真真诚一下子收到了感染，像是回到家一样非常温暖，这一天住的那绝对是五星级酒店也难有的会心的微笑和发自内心的真诚流露，房间还准备了水果小吃，晚上送了贴心的热牛奶，真的是特别特别的好，下次来拉萨必下榻这里
