非常感谢大堂副理李菲菲给予的服务和照顾，由于高反一天没有吃饭，她让酒店现熬了白粥和其他服务，也非常感谢客服部的人员送的牛奶，红景天饮料和水果盘！让我在身体非常痛苦的情况下有了在家的感觉！谢谢酒店的贴心服务！

看了点评才来的，结果发现完全不是那么回事!门前修路，乌烟瘴气，暴土扬尘，非常影响出行。酒店的停车场入口非常难找，加上又在修路，绕了半天才找到。当天晚上本来就很累，加上高原反应的不适想在饭店的餐厅吃晚餐，竟然只是看到了手写版的今晚不营业的告示，没办法只能去外面简单解决，当跟饭店反映时，竟然一个领班样的人物都不知道有这么回事，连说不可能没开，真是没见过这样管理的酒店。预订的是豪华双床房，根据酒店自己的房型详情介绍，房间里有音响、咖啡机、入住礼品、免费报纸，但并没有发现，更不要说点评里说的免费牛奶和红景天了。还有办理入住时前台竟然要留身份证复印件，据理力争后把复印件退给了我，大家这方面要小心信息泄露的风险。没办法已经在网上付了房费没法退了，入住这样环境的酒店使我来拉萨旅游的心情大打折扣。
