首先是整体服务理念不到位 无论是前台还是服务员 都缺乏香格里拉服务精神 同样是香格里拉 深圳的给人宾至如归的感觉 在拉萨的酒店还是缺乏诚意 拉萨瑞吉酒店给出不同答案 前台很细心体贴的帮助入住 整个服务团体让人很舒适

很好，除了没有大浴缸其它都挺好。出电梯间可以看到布宫，角度很好。走去布宫要20分钟左右，比瑞吉偏一点位置，周边没那么方便也能接受，要走5分钟转一个湾那条街就好多吃的了还有药店。房间没有瑞吉大，也没礼宾送你去房间，但是就是都提前为你想好安排好了，很贴心不打扰，这才是服务。软件配套和服务质量比瑞吉胜出很多很多。

设施和环境都不错，礼宾的小弟弟很好，每次都主动帮我们推箱子。整体环境标准的五星，这次到拉萨瑞吉和香格里拉都住了，更推荐香格里拉，早餐也比瑞吉丰富。
