酒店总体还不错，入住时，找不到订单，艺龙网订的，业务还不熟练，有待提高。目前门口修路，影响不大。另外，各个歺厅的优惠情况比较混乱，有待加强管理。

香格里拉最为突出的是软性的服务，犹记得十余年前住杭州香格里拉时的光景，面对湖光潋滟的西湖，享受夜晚，享受早餐。后来有丁山香格里拉、成都香格里拉、加德满都香格里拉、博卡拉香格里拉……比较地看，拉萨的这一家，不算突出，尤其早餐简单了些（三星级酒店的等级）。不过，还是祝愿香格里拉越办越好，很多结婚纪念日及生日，都有着与她关联的记忆。

酒店设施好，服务周到，特别是前台的郭小姐和她的那位男同事非常热情！见到我们带了小孩子特意为我们免费加了一张小床和送来了两瓶矿泉水，非常感谢🙏
