地理位置优越，在酒店就能看到布达拉宫后山的景色。前台服务好，酒店很安静，设施齐备，房间卫生很整洁。距离民航班车始发站步行只有10分钟的距离。

前台服务好，客房环境优，但是打扫房间的服务人员态度不好，早上出门前台就让整理房间，等到下午4点回了酒店还没打扫，进来打扫的人员乱摔东西，态度很不乐意。

地理位置优越，环境没得说！酒店旁边都是便利店，面包房，还有几家甜茶馆，早上出来看见一群藏民坐在路边喝茶吃面，看着就惬意。内部环境尚可，五楼的咖啡厅还是施工现场，没怎么动，房间干净大气，还算舒服。就是前台几个妹子服务跟不上，抵达是深夜，前台给我房间号写错，在别人门口敲了半天…又跑了两趟才解决，携程预定说含早餐前台不承认，几个姑娘木愣愣的，好吧…
