位置不错，就在布宫后门。不过管理稍微欠缺，住了三天，只整理卫生间和床铺，泡茶的尽然三天都没清洗。

装修一般，住了两天，第二天叫几次服务员没人来打扫。我衣服忘在酒店，客服开始说找到了，后来让她帮忙邮寄费用我自己出，后面在打电话一直就说不是我的没找到。

房间没有收拾就把房卡发给客人，也不做任何提示，刚下火车拖着大包小包的行李办理完入住一刷卡打开房间惊呆了，屋里一片狼藉，然后又拖着行李下楼到前台反映情况心想换一个房间吧，结果客服答复说没有收拾完的房，哪有这样的，太恶心了吧，头一次遇到这么气人的事，好，那我就等会，快点收拾我好休息，10分钟后依然没人理会，第二次跑去催，10分钟还是无人来收拾，最后忍着高反第三次跑到楼下前台催她们，发了一通脾气，这才有人来打扫，就这样我们站在门口足足又等了半个小时才打草完，这样的酒店这样的服务我真是长见识了，真想骂人，真心劝网友们订这家酒店要三思啊，超级差评，垃圾中的极品垃圾！

酒店位置优越，在布达拉宫后面，但低层房间的窗户给外面广告牌挡住了，还有店名跟网上写的不同，叫维也纳酒店，让我们好找了一会儿。
