环境没得说，走路去束河古镇20分钟，其他服务还可以，就是迷你吧里居然什么都没有，冰箱也不凉，打电话到客服部居然说客人要酒水饮料他们才给送，一个小时后给送来了，啤酒是玻璃瓶的，我说我没开瓶器我怎么喝？送酒水饮料的服务员说得打电话给送餐部，他们那里才有开瓶器。算了吧，我不喝了。胶囊咖啡只给了一粒。入住时提出想给孩子要一套儿童洗漱用品，答应了也没给。怪不得会被降级呢。

酒店看雪山就很美了，礼宾部服务很好，客房和前台服务也可以，但是和一线城市5星比，屋内设施相对还是过于单调，如果春秋来，应该更完美，1月丽江很冷
