服务人员很热情，因为下雨专门到酒店大门帮我们拿行李。喜欢它三楼的茶吧，可以一边喝茶，一边看古城的全景。只是丽江的雨季，没有怎么出去玩。

和家人一起过来的，是一家新酒店，房间的设施不错，热水、很好，洗浴用品也是品牌的，还配备了地暖，只是这边的夏天也用不着。

来丽江纪念结婚三周年，酒店服务人员知道后，立刻帮我们布置了情侣房，“爱心”的气球、玫瑰花，还赠送了红酒和果盘，让太太和我特别感动，谢谢！

每年都来丽江古城住一段时间，本来想住客栈的，听朋友推荐说这家酒店很有特色。酒店有一个纳西庭院，大堂的灯具挺别致的；房间也很精致，还配有茶台；服务人员的态度挺好，只是入店的操作有点慢；早餐的品种比较丰富，虽然不能和品牌五星比，但也做得精致爽口。

这次到丽江感觉十分不舒服，飞机晚点，阴天还下雨，冷的要死。但是酒店接机的车上提供了小毯子，办理入住的时候还有热毛巾和红茶，非常感动。这次丽江之行虽说有瑕疵，但是也很温馨。

入住酒店感觉十分舒适，用品都很新，尤其是酒店还提供了护发素。同时酒店很好找，都说初次来丽江找酒店会迷路，但是我跟老婆没有遇到这样的问题。

世界杯期间入住酒店，房间的电视用起来非常方便，网络电视，想看哪场就看哪场，房间内配有冰箱，还提供啤酒和冰块。看球、旅游两不误，哈哈哈哈。
