十分差，卫生差的要死，而且没网络，电视什么都看不到，房间超旧，灯光昏暗，洗手间小又脏，太差了，服务员的态度也冷漠。

晚上9点到了，我订的是精品套房未经我同意换成豪标，且这个所谓豪标根本就是一个普通大床拿走放了两张小床，墙体发霉，脱落，热水放了10来分钟都不热，还说我是抢购房要让我按抢购房退我8元差价，整个过程只有前台一个女服务员和我沟通，感觉完全就是耍无赖，说现在没有房型，你爱住不住，后来打艺龙客服，和当地旅游局调节了很长时间，期间酒店负责任从头到尾没有出来道过歉，这家给我感觉最差，各方面都差到极致！

很失望！首先是我在艺龙网订的房，去到那里说没收到我订房的信息…然后等了很久才能给房间我…房间根本连接不到酒店的wifi～电视机也开不了，通知人过来修了半个小时才好…门的锁也是挺松的！感觉是锁坏了！也没人修…房间气味也挺大的…说好早餐到九点半，快九点的时候过去，已经没什么东西吃了…吃的东西没有了也没有来加…

第一天住了大床房。房间够大。还有客厅。电视机可以180度转。第二天香格里拉回丽江，晚上9点，还是选择住了那里。不错的！

酒店很不错，整体装修格调很高，简单而隐隐透着奢华，酒店设施较新，离古城很近走路到大水车不到5分钟，很安静。唯一的不足就是卫生间马桶的保洁还要加强....
