环境：因为是酒店式公寓，房间比较大，有厨房，可以38租锅！
卫生：一进门发现桌子不太干净，毛巾也不整洁，果断没用！窗帘有黑垢，近距离有味道，建议常清洗吧
周边：离虚沟海鲜城很近，滴滴7快钱！楼下就有超市和门面！早晨楼下有轰轰的声音，住25楼都听见了比较吵
停车：门口有停车，户外！不收费！
服务：前台态度不错，让帮忙搞热水器也没有嫌麻烦！退房速度不错！不过临走要去现场给个五星好评，送孩子一个小猪佩奇的手动小风扇！我没有现场打分，实话实说！不过想想礼物了
总体还可以吧，价格不贵

带老人和孩子出行 ，定了两间，两天，总的来说不错，房间大，位置不太繁华但周边超市，饭店，菜市都有，方便，自驾游位置可以忽略。公寓真的挺好，比入住商务酒店好太多，冰箱洗衣机等设施齐全，父母喜欢。另外，连云港的景区真是服了，黄牛遍地，收费坑人。出行要注意，好好的海滨城市景区管理差。
