硬件先不说，首先服务差，我下午5点多到的酒店，前台告诉我订的房间没了，我就发火了，订单早几天就下的，我当时怕没房还专调贵的选，我就不懂了，我下单了又没迟到，凭什么不给我留？结果说协商，让我等到6点，行，调到了我忍了。还没完呢，最后结账，竟然又说房间少东西，不让走，你们客房里有什么谁知道啊？你们以后干脆列个清单贴门上！本来房间调到了，我就想给你们个好评，最后又整这出！幸亏你们最后把钱还给我，不然我打电话到315投诉你们！提高点服务，经理可长点心吧！硬件说下，房间很好，空调电视都不错，网速不知道，没用，有个大写字台但没台灯，床单什么的也挺干净，有两面大镜子很不错。浴室说下，淋浴房装的很不错，比速八和如家的好，但是水不好！晚上6点后，水贼小，贼冷，冬天根本不能洗澡！白天水大点。周边交通方便，吃饭方便，要不是前台和客房服务差，我还觉得不错。提高点服务吧，可别糟蹋这硬件环境了！
