住宿条件和软硬件设施都很一般不够4星标准，但住起来还算舒服。交通比较方便。停车很方便，地方很大，后边连在一起的是连云港党校，晚饭后可以溜达溜达。中午过了饭点才到，在一楼西餐厅吃的饭，要多垃圾有多垃圾，还死贵！赠的早餐还不错。总之，住宿推荐，吃饭除了早餐，其他就免了吧。

这样的三线城市，所谓4星酒店的价格已经偏高了，但住宿条件和软硬件设施都很一般或者说简陋，非常的不值。

总台服务生态度需重新培训。房间定了两个标间。有间窗户根本打不开满房的烟味。房间内设备陈旧。早餐券还需要身份证，我家小孩没办理但是出示户口本，依然不给。在艺龙预定时是含双早也未说明是凭身份证领，与总台理论些时间。交通比较方便。
