酒店的空调没有，说是要集中供暖什么的，背阴的房间冻死了。不过服务还算可以，拿了个电暖气来，还送了盘水果。第一次碰到空调不能根据自己需要开的，以后不会选择这里入住了！

去灌云的定点酒店，每个月肯定要住几天，位置稍偏，但是停车特别方便，前段时间隔壁工地比较吵，最近都比较安静，前台MM和保安大叔服务都很Nice ，最想赞??的是客房保洁的那位菇凉，热情真诚，对你提的要求用心到让你有点心疼，虽然不是那么专业，但是作为消费者最为注重的应该都是客户体验，所以用心很重要……作为一名常年需要出差在外的住店客，建议发扬这位菇凉的人性化服务，规避死板制度化管理的误区

酒店地理位置优越，巨大停车场，步行3分钟有BRT快速公交直达连岛海边。房间豪华整洁。早餐丰盛，但灯光稍微暗淡一些，另外卫生有待更加完善。

酒店在市中心黄金地段，有巨大的停车场。前台服务很好，亲切高效。免费升级了房型。客房服务赞，周到快速，特别是江雪芳女士，点赞。早餐丰盛。晚餐也有海鲜烧烤自助餐，价格56，非常实惠。
