优点：房间大、床好大、有免费果盘（一个苹果，5个小西红柿，几粒葡萄，大枣）、免费2瓶矿泉水、配有浴缸（虽然很好但不敢用）、坐便器可加热（最优）、洗手台与浴室分离；
不足：空调制热不足（一晚上没暖和过来）、床虽很大但床垫上不够厚实，睡觉不舒服，加铺了两床被用被子好些、卫生间很冷、房间门无安全锁、门框松动（应该修理）、沙发很脏无法直视。

非常好的酒店，很满意。酒店位于连云港市的政治文化商业中心，以前叫新浦区，刚与海州区合并成海州区。酒店距苏欣快客站（长途汽车站）、南站只有5分钟的步行距离，距机场大巴停车点只有十分钟的距离，门口有BRT站；周边有饭店等服务设施，交通便利，停车场大，免费的。酒店干净卫生，设施齐全，条件好。服务态度好，总台接待热情。酒店是连云港较有名的酒店（与连云港报社在同一栋楼），但，价格不算高。
