酒店位置偏了些，胜在硬件新，服务人员热情。一去王晓琪工作人员就帮我们送行李到房间了，还介绍了我们想去的景点…酒店的游泳池不错，住店免费玩。晚上参加了酒店的观景平台的自助烧烤，这个蛮菜般般！…气氛还行吧…蚊子蛮多…酒店人员帮忙提供驱蚊喷雾…孩子对这住的满意，好评…

前台的服务很好也很热心 自助餐厅的服务极差 感觉是在大排档吃饭 可她们连排挡的热心都不具备 酒店占地面积很大 装修的质量却很差 靠海却整个大环境很荒凉

住了三天，明天上午退房。服务总体尚可，但与希尔顿等知名酒店相比服务水平还有很大提升空间。该酒店可能以政府接待为主，住了三天每天都有坐大巴车来“开会”的。酒店的早餐很一般，位置较偏。

服务非常非常差劲，入住的时候搞错房型，并且房间没打扫，说是40分钟打扫好结果出去吃饭2个小时回来都没搞，酒店二楼餐厅服务员问什么都说不知道，酒店应该是接待旅行团的，大堂每上午跟菜场是的，总之各种乱，谈不上有服务。
