先说优点：地点靠近水晶城、靠近西双湖、对面水晶博物馆、酒店卫生很好、服务热情很好、设施很新、房价性价比很高、空调舒适、热水超舒服、有地下车库、早餐个人感觉一般般，比嘉臣那群死人脸服务的强太多了……
唯一缺点：房间外面不知道哪里来的噪音，像室外压缩机声音，轰轰响，我睡觉很浅所以基本一晚没睡......

酒店很好 房间很大，地势也很棒就在水晶博物馆水晶市场旁边 ，也靠近美丽的西双湖 ，对喜欢跑步??的人很方便。而且服务人员的态度非常好 ，早餐品种也挺丰富孩子们吃的很开心，。一向很少去点评酒店的老公都说这家酒店是 三星收费 五星的服务 ，他很少夸赞酒店的，。关键昨天退房时遗落了我的洗脸仪 ，在酒店工作人圆顶告知下才知道 并且很快的给我寄过来，这样的服务真的很赞！
