酒店环境非常好，大堂经理王玲更是和蔼可亲，酒店房间很大床很舒服，餐厅吃食也很齐全，餐厅服务员也特别好，把吃的都会端到眼前，很贴心，以后有机会再来连云港还会选择住这里

酒店位置离市区远一点但环境非常好，房间很大，床也很舒服，服务方面也非常，特别说一下餐厅虽然吃食不算是最好的，但餐厅的服务员态度是最好的，特别要说一下叫小房的服务员，是我一路走来住过的五星级餐厅最好的一位，超赞，有机会再来连云港还会选择这里

承恩中餐厅的雪菜蚕豆、凉拌木耳、蒸鸡蛋都很不错，口感也很棒，超乎想象。服务员刘君很热情，很体贴。孩子生病了还帮助借温度计，给孩子倒蜂蜜水什么的。
