  酒店的设施还行，位置可以说相当好，出门就是海鲜市场，然后离在海一方等海边的距离也就不到2公里。可以早起到海边看日出。离著名的连岛也就比较近了。可以说是到连云港出游尤其是海边游玩的佳选之地。

  优点： 1.老企业酒店 房间特别多 过道超级长 小孩晚上一个人不敢走 要记好几号电梯到哪儿 不然会迷路 2.从室内到公共区域空调都非常给力 3.从大厅到过道到房间的装修虽然稍微过时 但是能看出来很高档 个人感觉很舒服 4.保洁员很热心且有礼貌 遇见客人都会打招呼 有求必应 5.第一天入住会有欢迎水果 虽然只有一根黄瓜两个桃子两个糕点 但是让人好感倍增 第二天续住就木有了 6.地点也比较核心 距离苏宁广场步行15min 北面5min路程有个家x福超市 里面的东西好多好全好好吃 海鲜炒菜什么的现做现卖什么都有 完全不用去餐馆 超市隔壁就是墟沟美食街 从酒店步行到在海一方公园（刚下完雨沙滩很脏很烂）30min 打车10min 7.酒店里也可以叫美团外卖 7.酒店后院停车场很大很大很安全 8.早餐很丰盛 同行6人带2个小孩均觉得满意 缺点： 1.被褥稍潮 盖着不舒服 不知道沿海城市是不是都是这个样子 2.定了三个标准间 前台未征询意见给换了一间大床房 后来虽然调换了 但白白折腾一番总是不爽 另同样价格的商务标准间有的带阳台 有的是落地窗 大家可以提前向前台选择 总而言之 还是很推荐带家人旅游入住 比快捷酒店多一百元 但绝对超值

  第二次带娃来连云港看海。17年也是住在海鲜城附近某庭连锁，这次还是选住附近毕竟有公交站也有大超市，离在海一方也近，整体位置很方便。言归正传，这家是核电公司旗下的宾馆感觉超三星吧，装修略旧但很整洁，房间大小、设施比快捷宾馆好太多，晚上还送了水果、小点心，自助早餐也算丰富！另外，停车场很大保安大哥非常礼貌热情负责。以后应该还会再来。

  交通便利，周围吃住行很方便，在同地段的酒店来说性价比很高，酒店不是很新，但是带浴缸，是老牌的四星标准装修，胜在性价比，早餐品种也还可以。总之值得的入住

  酒店环境很好，有水果和小点心赠送，小盆友超高了，也多送了早餐券，服务态度也很好，房间超大。出门很方便，去连岛和老街都有公交车直接到，车停在酒店就行。去连岛的话推荐苏马湾，比大沙湾干净人少且沙滩细腻。
