白天服务好，晚上非常恐怖，找不到电吹风，8月5号夜总台值班女服务员竟然派一个老头来我房间说帮助找电吹风......打电话给值班经理被告之晚上只有男服务员。1.作为一个所谓四星宾馆非常不专业。你们觉得派个老头来女宾房间合适吗?懂不懂什么叫男女有别?2.如果晩上只有男服务员应该提前告之宾客，如果是这样我不会住！
