卫生间散发一股恶臭，打前台电话说是没用U型管，是房间通病，另外中央空调声音太吵，已经开到最小档了，一晩上没睡好。

差评!没有更差的了，真的有史以来第一次碰到!7月4日中午到达荔波，外面32度，酒店居然不给开空调冷气!给客房服务打电话投诉后，说只能提供一台电风扇，晚上才给开，7月5日一大早被热醒了，居然空调冷气已经给关了，晚上吃完饭回酒店8点多，等到11点多也没冷气，找了服务员，说过来看一下，过来了之后立马有冷气了。出去玩回来想洗个澡，美美的休息一下，结果热的没法入睡。得到的回复是，我们酒店住的客人少，所以不开。作为荔波最好的酒店，520多一晚，居然连起码的服务都没有享受到。退房的时候，旁边有个小伙子三个房间要续住，前台白衬衫的女士一脸的不耐烦，翻了好几次白眼，这是人家欠了你钱还是干嘛？酒店设施说有室外游泳池，请问游泳池在哪？在哪?花这么多钱，啥啥都没有，我不能找个好点的客栈去住啊，起码人家有空调。没有更差的了，以后住100多的也不去住他家。

酒店就在荔波县政府的对面，位置还是比较好找的。就是酒店附近没有什么吃的，酒店前台接待的态度一般，房间还可以，床睡着也还舒服。

本来挺好的一家酒店 但是7月4日清晨前台接待的服务态度令我大失所望 说句难听点的话就是以为自己在县政府对面上班 连自己姓什么都不知道了 因为时间紧来不及换酒店 不然真心不想再入住 还有房间里关掉的空调和排风扇 还有很大的声音 吵的睡🙅🏻♂️着
