也是听朋友说在荔波是最好的酒店，门口看起来也挺大起的，刚好就在县政府的正对面。进大厅前台服务员的接待就很差了，包括后来过来的经理吧！也是服务不到位，一个这么大型的星级酒店培训出来的水平有待改善，进到房间地毯上很多的烟头烫过的痕迹很明显，房间的地板上和卫生间地板都很脏都没有打扫干净，洗澡的时候水也是忽冷忽热的，淋浴头也固定不了必须自己手举着才能洗！要一个指甲钳都没有，我也是无语了！总之这是我住过五星级酒店中最差的一家！
