We had an excellent 3 nights stay at Hampton. The hotel is located on a quiet street with convenience stores and local restaurants. We had a local best 烧鸡, which was medium spicy and so delicious. Emily gave us an early check-in and upgraded us to a mountain view room. The guest service has patiently answered all our enquiries on our self-planned trip to Tiger Leaping Gorge. We had a fantastic fireworks show on New Year Eve from our room. There was fireworks from all around. Breakfast is good. There is made to order noodles and many local snacks like fresh flower cookies. We met 和益华 from guest service at the laundry room, we were very impressed that he was handling guest's laundry with gloves. He offered to help us with our laundry and delivered it to our room. We had some issues with housekeeping and 益华promptly resolved it. We are very impressed with his service and attitude. If this is the standard of Hampton hospitality, we will definitely stay at Hampton again.

这次入住体验真的远超期待，必须给酒店点个大大的赞！
办理入住时，前台小姐姐特别热情地告诉我们，因为我们是第一次入住，特意帮忙免费升级了房型——真的是一份意外的惊喜！打开房门的一瞬间就被震撼到了：房间宽敞明亮，最让人心动的是那扇大大的窗户，玉龙雪山就这样毫无遮挡地映入眼帘。早上睁开眼就能看到雪山在晨光中苏醒，傍晚看着夕阳把山尖染成金色，这种体验实在太难得了！
酒店的服务细节也处处暖心。入住不久就送来了欢迎水果和手工饼乾，新鲜又美味，让旅途的疲惫瞬间消散。工作人员总是带着微笑，有求必应，让人感觉像回家一样温馨。
无论是窗外震撼的雪山景观，还是酒店细致入微的服务，都让这次旅行变得更加完美。强烈推荐给所有来丽江的朋友，这家酒店绝对值得体验！

位置离古城不算远，打车十来分钟就到，周边吃饭买东西都方便。房间乾净整洁，床垫睡着很舒服，衞浴热水稳定，洗护用品味道也不错。工作人员态度都很好，帮忙升级了雪山景房，有需求响应快。下次来丽江，还会考虑这家。
