前台服务不错。住了两天酒店还免费升级了房型。客房走廊的尽头还有一个小露台可以坐在沙发上喝杯咖啡看看晚霞。酒店早餐西式品种较多，中餐也不错还会有当地的特色菜。住了两天发现早餐没有和前一天的菜品重复。值得推荐入住。若车停地下停车场记得出门前要跟前台拿停车劵。

我们一行12人带2个宝宝在希尔顿住了3天，不巧遇到了疫情初期，我觉得，一个好的酒店在遇到非常时期，是有责任有担当的，希尔顿在此非常时期表现堪称优异，前台小美同学积极为我们与丽江政府沟通交流，她的表现在当时极大地安定了我们的情绪，在此要给希尔顿的员工点个大大的赞！……酒店本身也非常棒，设施齐全，健身房，停车场，早餐也非常棒……还有我必须要赞一下床垫软硬适中很助眠，这个对我很重要……窗外的风景可以看图片，推开窗帘就能看到蓝天下远方的雪山，心旷神怡……总之这是一次很棒的入住体验，十分好！

事实证明没有住在古镇是正确的，这个酒店离古镇大概10分钟车程，酒店周围很安静，房间虽然不大，但很新很干净，可远望雪山，酒店工作人员态度也很好，我提前联系要求房间有沙发床，入住时床单被子都已经给安排好了。

酒店离丽江古城有点远，去古城是走路去的 有两公里吧，停车比较方便，门口和地下室都可以停，前台服务不错。早餐还行。mini吧有免费饮料 有果盘 刷卡上楼 很安全。
