入住当天房间床上地下很多灰尘，打扫卫生的服务员竟然悄悄的进了我房间打扫了卫生间就走了，全程我在房间里竟然不知道。晚上突然有人刷开了你的门然后说是酒店的维修人员。住的三天心惊胆战。酒店没有提供免费的饮用水。大小桶矿泉水都要收费。热水壶里有以前住客剩余的水，不知道放了多久。

房间卫生干净。但一楼的房间阴冷。早餐能吃饱。在携程平台订房且扣了款。但酒店却说与携程的协议是房费付到前台的，直接在我入住压金中扣下了房费。我要赶时间，不想和他们争执便交给携程处理，离店了。事后携程将我付给网站的钱退了回来

周边冷冷凊凊，酒店内部餐厅因为服务人员不够，居然只有2、3个房间可以安排。在那个小地方有这么个大酒店也不容易了
