预订时就首先查看了以前客人对该酒店的点评，发现各种问题都有，特别是服务方面一无是处。但是搜索了一下，周边也没有其他可住的酒店，就只好将就了。虽然心里做好了最坏的准备，但是入住以后还是体验了一下平生最糟糕的一次住宿。浴室里地面上积水漫过脚面，房顶漏水，墙皮已经黑乎乎的不断掉渣，洗面台上已经积了一层。办理入住等了三十分钟，退房等了四十分钟。在此期间目睹了两位客人被“处罚”无意消费，说是房间里的物品有了动过的痕迹，客人无奈分别挨罚六十和一百。非常纳闷：在安泽县这样的边远、贫穷山区小县城，怎么会建一座如此恢宏的“大酒店”！虽然管理和服务超低级，但外观的确超级高。
