如果不是自驾游真的不建议住这里，新开发的住宅小区，售楼部和酒店一个大厅。服务一点都不专业。首先，房间没有浴袍和一次性拖鞋，其次房间没有保险箱。泳池周没有浴巾提供。交通很不方便，明明有大巴车，却被告知只可以业主和购房的客户提供服务。离沙滩走路10多分钟，一样有电瓶车也是只提供给业主和购房者！！房间有霉味，卫生打扫的不干净！阳台有很多渣渣！ 夜里竟然还有老鼠！！ 带着个3岁的孩子，怕吓着孩子一夜开着灯睡觉。自己也没怎么睡的守着孩子。周边吃饭只有酒店和一个湘菜馆。酒店很贵，关键是菜品质量差。点的椒盐虾，虾很小，关键是不新鲜。110人民币就这品质。 晚上就来了很多大巴车，专门拉旅行团来住的。所以服务基本没什么可提供的。早餐质量一般，印象最深的是豆浆兑水太多感觉跟家里喝完了洗杯子的水一样。酒店主要是卖房子！酒店服务太不专业！还不如公寓式酒店！！
