我们是4月25日通过携程预订标间一间，携程已确认，28号晚8点多提前给酒店前台05397185678告知我们预计能晚些时候到酒店，结果晚上12点多到酒店后被前台告知房间被无故取消，无语，经我们反复交涉，酒店勉强给办理了号称内部优惠价的价格贵的套房，此等服务建议提高
