一前台服务态度差。尤其是一个高个子瘦瘦的左右不对称的短发美女。说话很凶。而且她会把情绪表现在自己脸上。10楼大姐态度差。让大姐开一下房门我取行李大姐嘴里直嘀咕是在抱怨我什么。设施再好在齐全服务态度这样下一次出差我都不会再选择这里。酒店应该好好整顿一下服务这块。应为做的就是服务行业服务态度不好就更不要说其他的了。
