酒店环境不错，办理入住时，因为假期3:30还没有拿到房，大堂一个女经理服务非常好，一直帮忙协调，给宝宝送了玩具公仔，还亲自送老人到房间，非常贴心！👍

酒店比较新，而且很大，环境不错??，服务员的态度都很好，唯一觉得不太好的是浴缸感觉不太干净，整体来说还是不错的，设施也很环保。

老人带着孩子出行游玩，吃的玩的还行。空调不能用是为了哪样？不过酒店工作人员还不错，表示要退部分款项。当得知是艺龙预订，由退款改为赠送小礼物。不论如何，至少有个好态度。赞一下！下次还会来~

园林式建筑，环境非常美。在新开发地段，沂水河旁，绿化好.公园开发，河边人行栈道。酒店服务周到，细节配置高档。早餐极丰富，品种多样。美中不足，牙具档次不够，没有棉签等用品。
