酒店管理及服务一般，住的套房房间里居然没有充电插座，没有写字台及网线，联系客房中心后居然叫我拿个笔记本电脑到前面房间的麻将机上去用，后来发火了才不知从哪给我拿了个，还说了句不知能不能用，无语。
